4 girls looking for a 4 bedroom house for the '14-'15 school year, close to campus and main street. We are clean, dependable, and all 4 of us have lived off-campus before. We are looking for a lease that begins in August because that is when our current lease ends. Our price range is $400-$500 per room. We don't have any pets, and we are all non-smokers; washer/dryer is preferred. 3 of us are students, and 1 is graduated and employed full time.
