Summer Sublet $650

The room is in a house with 4 other girls and is just a short walk to the SUNY New Paltz Campus. It is very spacious and is the only room in the house with its own personal entrance and deck. The house has a washer and dryer, a furnished living room and a spacious kitchen. The cost is $650 with everything included. It's a very nice place to live. The landlord is helpful and quick to respond if anything goes wrong and the girls are very sweet, respectful and friendly. My lease goes through the summer but I am moving at the end of May. My room is available June to August but could be extended through the year if interested.
