The common area is shared by all tenants. The bedroom has a lofted bed which means that you have to climb a ladder to get into the bed- it accommodates a twin size mattress.  Underneath the loft is a sitting area, desk, large dresser and bookshelf and flat screen TV.  Its a cute room but it is on the smaller side.

We are about 2 miles from SUNY which is just a short 5 minute drive to town. We have 2 friendly pups living in the house.

Looking for a Quiet and Clean Tenant. This is not a party house- it's brand new, renovated and furnished with shiny modern furniture. Available Jan 1. Short term lease is ok.
