about 1 mile from campus, very close to bike or drive.
The internet/cable shouldn't be more than $25 a month, and electricity shouldn't be more than $50 a month.
in the end, the electric bill will average out. you'll pay more for it in january than you will in may. in may the bill will be extra low. the month of october, it was 35 each, so the winter will be slightly more and the summer will be less.
