Looking for a female housemate in a pretty sweet spot with a view of the mountain,
1 mile out of town, off of mountain rest, off springtown.
Large house shared with two girls. Lively but quiet.
Rent is 450 a month plus propane (cooking gas). Looking for a housemate beginning of December.

Must enjoy barbequing and relaxing.
No pets. Smoking cigarettes outside is fine.
