Located in the center of Downtown New Paltz, you will be surrounded by all the stores and restaurants that New Paltz has to offer.
It is also nice location for SUNY New Paltz students as it is only about 3 min walk to the campus.

Available move-in on November/December/January 1st. The lease runs till the end of July 2014. Monthly rent is $680/month and 2 months security required at signing.
Water/sewer, heat, Wi-Fi, and basic cable, electric, garbage service, and snow removal are included.  On-site parking, and a Laundromat is right next to the apartment.
