If you haven't found your ideal place yet and are still commuting to school from home, it's time to come and check out this house.  You'll love it!  We are in a fantastic house just 2 blocks from the campus.  It's  beautifully renovated, fully furnished, and has all the amenities you would expect in a private home. 
The only thing we want from you is to be a responsible, clean, and serious student who will pay the bills on time, help us take care of the house, and enjoy living here with us.  One other thing--no smoking and no pets, please!  The lease runs thru May, unless you want to sign on for the summer months or even next year.
Rent is only $600/month plus shared utilities.  The rooms are cheerful and cozy; all you need to bring is your books and clothes.  Everything else is provided.
