there is a one room available  ...big enough  room lot of privacy and individual space....
rent is 650 all utilities incl heat , cable, internet,electricity,water  ..quite neighbourhood .. sharing condo  with fellow student ..condo  has 21/2 bathroom ,shared kitchen , living room ,dining area , workout area   and deck at the back ...we do not  rent for more the 1person in each room there are  3 rooms and 2 are taken ... everybody needs space ..room is available for rent now ...1yr lease 1 security must..
