Walking distance to college. Wood floors, windows on south and east. Share bath and kitchen with 4 others. 3rd floor in Victorian surrounded by nature but 2 blocks off Main St. No pets, no smoking. First, last and sec. dep required. $450/month includes all utilities.

If this room is still available I would be very interested!  I graduated from New Paltz in the Spring but am planning on staying for the year to work and continue taking piano lessons before going on to grad school for piano pedagogy.  This house sounds great and in a great location.  How big is the room?  You can reach me here or text or call 716-829-9117.
