we have 2 rooms available immediately in the Village of New Paltz in Historic village home within walking distance of SUNY New Paltz, the Trailways Station and all the shops and restaurants and rail trail.  1 room located on 2nd floor with its own Private Bath($700 per month) and the 2nd room is located on the 3rd floor and shares space with 2 other rooms($600 per month).  Space includes the full bathroom, moderate kitchen, washer and dryer, common room, some storage space, wi-fi and all utilities except air conditioning.  you may put in a window a/c but would have to pay additional $75 per month during the a/c season.  There is also a screened turreted porch with seasonal mountain views and fire escape.  the rooms have their own private lighted entrance accessible by a key card.  door kept locked for peace of mind.  we are seeking serious, non-smoking students only with no pets. and sorry but the partying has to be done somewhere else.  There is a business here as well and it is an owner occupied property.  so if this appeals to you and you would like to make an appointment to see the rooms please call 845-255-6792 and leave a message or reply to this posting by email.  thank you.
