Big Room in Beautiful House with Big Lawn 4 minuet drive from campus!!

Hello New Paltz.

This is very last minute, but I will not be attending New Paltz in the fall semester and need someone to sublet my room, it is available now till December 31. It is a nice big room unlike most of the rooms for rent right in town. You will have 3 very clean and friendly roommates all upperclassmen. The House has a washer/dryer (very convenient), large porch in the back, the house also has a very big lawn, and 4 parking spots. The rent is 535 a month. I have already paid the Rent for July and August. If you move in during the Month of August, I will only charge you a percentage of the rent!
So y ou would only really be paying for 4 months rent.
The address to the house is 51 Dubois. 4 minuet drive to campus, it is 1.5 miles from the entrance of Campus.
