The house at 26 South Oakwood Terrace is now full.
However, I do have two six bedroom houses 1.5 miles from campus on North and South Ohioville Rd. The Loop bus runs past the corner if you wont have a car.
Rent is from $595-$615 and includes everything, even cable and wifi. The South Ohioville house has a washer and drier and a dishwasher.
I'm attaching some pictures. They are both really nice. The lease runs from August 18th, 2013 through  August 15, 2014. You may sublet.
Let me know if you might be interested in them and we can schedule an appointment. Groups or singles are welcome.
