2 Rooms for Rent in Briarwood Appartment Complex. (Somehow the complex doesn't show up on Google Maps and such. I you're looking to locate it, the entrance to it is at the intersection of Broadhead Av. and Church st.)
It's a very convenient location, about a 10-15 minute walk to campus. Right on Church St. so it's close to Main Street, Village Pizza, "the Barn" (Quick-e Mart) but at the same time in a quiet, laid back condominium style apartment complex.
There are two rooms for rent, both come with a bed. They both have nice closet space and there's a lot of storage space all over the house.
490 and 500 a month, not including utilities. Utilities are never that expensive, all we pay for is electric, internet and heat in the winter. The house stays naturally cool in the summer also.
Very, very nice kitchen equipped with all the essentials and a dishwasher (very convenient). We also have a washer and a dryer, major plus.
Nice little backyard with a little patio with seating. Big living room and dining. Hallway/staircase with a sky-light.
