One large room has private entrance. Other large room has own half bath.
Two other bathrooms.

Access to produce, from veggie garden maintained by landlord!
Indoor storage for bikes.
On-site parking for tenants' cars.

No smoking. No pets.
Landlord pays Garbage, Lawn/Snow and OIL HEAT.
Tenants pay Electricity, Cable, Hot Water(LP), Water/Sewer.
1st month, last month & one month security. One-year Lease starts August 15th.
