If you haven't yet made your living arrangements for 2013-14, you need not worry.  Call us for info.

We have renovated and furnished a beautiful Victorian 5-bedroom house in the Village of New Paltz--just 2 blocks from the campus.  We will be showing the house beginning Friday, June 14.  Remember:  There are only 5 bedrooms, so you will have to  move fast.  Be sure to come and see the place as soon as possible; it's first come, first served.

This house is not your usual student housing.  It's a private residence with all the amenities:  fully equipped kitchen; living and dining room with lots of windows, skylights and recessed lighting; brand-new washer and dryer.  Very comfortable all-year sunroom is specially designed with windows all around and furnished with rattan furniture for outdoor-style lliving.  It brings the outdoors inside.  Covered patio with recessed lighting and a large backyard to enjoy.

We have been renting the house for the last few years and everyone has enjoyed the home-like atmosphere. 
Bedrooms are different sizes and rents are from $610 to $675, plus shared utilities.  We pay other expenses.  No smoking and no pets of any kind please.
