Beautiful home with 1 room + shared bathroom for rent (close to campus)

I am a graduate student in the Music Therapy program at SUNY New Paltz. I have a beautiful house in New Paltz with two rooms and a shared bathroom available for rent. One of the rooms has been secured so I now have 1 bedroom available to rent. Tenants would have full use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, screened-in porch, washer/dryer, and front and back yard (which are both pretty spacious).

The lease would run from August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014

The dimensions of the rooms are as follows: 14' 8"/13' 3.5"
The room has its own closet.

Rates for rent are as follows: $600 per month.

Utilities are not included in this rate.

My house is two blocks away from Main St. in New Paltz and within walking distance to campus and downtown New Paltz. I can happily provide pictures of all the rooms and if interested, please contact me to make an appointment to come see the house!
