Subletting one bedroom for a roommate who will be away the entire month of July.

The room is 12' by 10', will be unfurnished, the house has a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use, and there is parking available! The house is a few miles outside of the village, so you either want to have a bike or a car.


Laidback roommates - two are students at New Paltz - and $300 for the month including utilities.
