1 Bedroom + shared bath in beautiful house in New Paltz (walkable to campus)

I am a graduate student in the Music Therapy program at SUNY New Paltz. I have a beautiful house in New Paltz with two rooms + a shared bathroom upstairs that I rent out. I have one tenant who has secured one of the rooms already, which means I now have one room + a shared bathroom available for rent. Tenants would have full use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, screened-in porch, washer/dryer, and front and back yard (which are both pretty spacious).

The lease would run from August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014.

Here are the dimensions of the room: 11' 2.5"/13' 3.5"
The room has its own closet.

Rent is $600 per month. Utilities are not included in this rate.

My house is two blocks away from Main St. in New Paltz and within walking distance to campus and downtown New Paltz. I can happily provide pictures of all the rooms and if interested, please contact me to make an appointment to come see the house!
