$365 rent summer sublet

hello!!!! one of the three girls in my apartment is leaving for the summer & we're looking to sublet her room for the months of june, july & august. you would be sharing a room but the room is big & if you're worried about money you cannot go wrong with a $365 rent! utilities - electric/cable/TV come to about $20 a month so the price is extremely great. the room would already be furnished, we have a big living room, kitchen & the apartment complex has a pool & is a 5 minute walk from campus! this would be ideal for a SUNY student who is staying here for the summer. please feel free to email me back if interested! we're really awesome & fun girls who are super chill. thanks for reading!
