2 spots open for sublet from June-1st till August 17th

I currently have two leases which will overlap for the months of June, July, and most of August. I am willing to sublet either one of these rooms depending on who responds first.

Spot #1 - House on 16 N Ohioville Road, $575 a month all included (heating, internet, cable, water, electricity), two full bathrooms, about a mile away from town.

Spot #2 - Apartment at 55 Main street. $625 a month plus a small portion of utilities for the two months. Overlooks main street, large living room, newly redone bathroom.
