I have 1 bedroom available at 20 West Center Street from beginning of June to either July 31 or until August 15. Costs include $425 per month for rent, not including utilities, so 475 - 500 max per month. It is a 5 bedroom apartment with a basement about 5 minutes from campus and 5 minutes from Main Street walking. Super close, especially convenient for summer classes/ summer job in town. 2 of the 5 housemates will be there this summer (2 girls who are super chill). Neither smoke nor pets. Hit me up!
