Room available for summer sublet

hello there fellow off-campus student(s)! in a 6 bedroom family house, as of June 1st, there will be one room available for sublet.
rent is $640/month which may sound like a lot, but that includes water, propane, in house washer/dryer, on-site parking for your car, and a beautiful house in which to live. utilities that must be paid monthly or bimonthly are electric, garbage, and internet.
only a 10 minute walk to campus, 20 to downtown New Paltz!
our house does have 2 friendly, loveable cats
our landlady lives in Albany, but she and her husband are pleasant and attentive to their tenants needs and concerns.
there is a basement and an attic for you to store your excess things, a common space living room, and a large kitchen fully equipt for any of your cooking needs.
lastly, you'll be moving in with 4 friendly folks; Connor, Kate, Lauren and Gail. co-ed house that can either be laid back or ready to party!
