I'm subletting 1 bedroom in a 3 br apartment from June 1-July 25 2013.
Located on Church street, 3 min walk to town. 10 min walk to campus.
PERFECT for anyone taking summer classes and need somewhere nice to stay.
Really nice/new apartment. $658/mo. Includes internet, cable, water, and electric!
Willing to leave desk, twin bed, and/or dresser if needed. (I'll be taking them back after)
Other 2 roommates are female seniors graduating in May but staying the summer.
