A medium sized room is available in a large house starting June 1st. 580 per month includes EVERYTHING: electric, water, heat, internet, plow service in the winter.
The house is beautiful. 3 mi from campus, 5 minute drive, near enough to town to make travel easy, but far enough away to be peaceful. House has a large kitchen, large backyard, sauna, and bonfire pit, is near the rail-trail, parking is never a problem.
All housemates are students, co-ed, really nice people (and they do their dishes), animal friendly...
