Looking for a 4th roommate! $500/month 2 minute drive from campus

Two girls and one guy going into our third year at SUNY New Paltz. We are living in a 4 bedroom home next year and are in need of a 4th roommate. The lease runs from August 1st to the end of May, so you will not have to stay or the summer and can go home. Rent is 500 a month, plus utilities. Laundry room included in the house, 2 bathrooms, backyard, driveway, basement, and four total bedrooms (all with closets).  It is about a 2 minute drive to campus (or less, the house is literally down the road on 208). 7 minute bike ride to Old Main. This location is ideal if you have a vehicle or a bicycle, but it is about a 10-15 minute walk to campus. I have pictures of the house, but there are people living in it as of right now. I will email you pictures, and if you are interested we can go look at the house. There is a 500 dollar deposit, and first and last month rent is due before moving in on August 1st.
