1 Big Room (Easy walking distance to campus)

Lease starts on June 1st, we're looking for a guy to fill in the room of our friend who is graduating this spring.

It's the biggest room in the apartment. We live a 7-minute-walk to campus, and we're right in the heart of New Paltz Village.

$600 a month + electricity and internet. Water, snow removal, and heat are all included.
