Summer Sublet - $500 / 1br - Large Room Across from New Paltz Campus

I am subletting one room in a four - bedroom house. One other person will be living there during June, after that you will have the house all to yourself.

The room is quite large...I can send pictures of it if you would like

The House is literally ONE BLOCK from campus (on Orchard Lane)... so if you're taking summer classes this is the perfect location

I am Renting it for JUNE, JULY, and part of AUGUST (if you want less time then this, we can work that out too)

The Price is 500, plus utilities (GREAT PRICE CONSIDERING THE PROXIMITY TO SUNY)

The furniture in the room is INCLUDED. You can let me know if you have a problem with this and something can be arranged.
The furniture pieces include...a bed ...TWO mattresses (one is under the bed)...and a large desk.

Ideally, this would be for June, July, and part of August, but if you only plan to stay part of that time we work something out too.
