Need roommate (female) to share large BR in great house close to SUNY!

Hi! I found a really nice house close to campus (5min walk) but the room I'm interested in is too expensive to rent as a single so I need a roommate. The room is definitely big enough for two and it's in the basement so it has its own entrance and it'd be pretty private/quiet. There's a common room and bathroom in the basement as well. The rest of the house is pretty nice and the landlord's cool. To share, it's about $515 each. 

Landlord pays heating (oil) bill but all other utilities are divided by the tenants. Not a party house! I like to have fun but I'm studious during the week. I'm pretty laid back (I lived with four other girls this past year and had no issues/drama) and I'm easy to get along with.
