This is a large 1 bedroom suite which is equipped with a beautiful full kitchen, spacious full bathroom, good sized bedroom and a big walk-in closet.  The rent is $1,100 for single occupancy OR $1,200/month for double occupancy and includes heat, water, Wi-Fi and basic cable.  Electric is on you.

We offer basic furniture option for our 1 bedrooms.  It is $30 extra per month and provides a study desk, chair, full size bed and memory foam mattress.
