Room/Studio/1BR for the Fall semester only!

Hi,
I am a senior Secondary Education major completing my Student Teaching semester in the Fall, and am looking for a place to live in/around New Paltz. I am interested in renting a room, a studio, or a one-bedroom apartment for under 700 dollars/month. I would prefer a month-to-month lease if possible but could also accommodate a 6-month lease ending with the Fall semester. I don't smoke cigarettes or really like to party, so a quiet environment would be best.
