Rooms Available- $1500 for the summer!

We live in a two-story, 3 bedroom house in the village of New Paltz, looking for summer sublet(s). One room will be occupied but there are two beds so the room can be shared. Washer and dryer available downstairs. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Fully furnished, all appliances available. Small backyard. It's very close to campus (< 2 minute walk), town, and Hasbrouck Park. Cable and wifi are available. Utilities are not included but our landlord gives an allowance each year.

Rent is $1500/room for the summer.This can be negotiated. Summer is June and July. You could move in as soon as your room is available, sometime in late May and you will move out towards the beginning of August. These dates will be clearly defined in your Sublease Agreement.
