Cute Village 4-5 Bedroom House, furniture, W/D and all Utilities Included $650rm

The house is two blocks from Starbucks, front porch, big yard, 1 bathroom, washer dryer (coin-op), all utilities (except for internet and tv) are included at $650 per room.
It's a 5 bedroom house. One senior gal may be staying there, I will know more this week.

Hi,
I am helping my daughter and her 3 girlfriends find off campus housing for fall2013- Spring2014.
They are all college athletes with very busy schedules looking for a situation that is within walking distance to the campus.
