I own a quaint farmhouse style 4 bedroom home in the village that I've used as a summer vacation home with my family and rental over the years.  The house features 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, and a separate living room with screened in porch that looks out over a large backyard (large front yard as well!)  The house comes partially furnished with 2 couches (purchased in 2011) and 3 beds.  House has central A/C as well as a washer and dryer in the basement.  Rent is $2500/month - tenants are responsible for utilities.  Landlord will pay for landscaping.
