Available either on June, July or August 1st. The lease runs for a year.
We have several 1 bedroom apartments - rents and available dates vary by the units.   
Following utilities are included - Water/sewer, heat, Wi-Fi, and basic cable.  Electric is on you. 
We offer basic furniture option for our 1 bedrooms.  It is $30 extra per month and includes a study desk, chair, queen size bed and memory foam mattress.
