We have a partially furnished room in our home for rent. Available NOW.
Our home is located in New Paltz. 3 Miles from Main Street on Route 208. Beautiful country setting. Large Yard.

You will have a room in our home. Currently this room has a full size bed in it which can be removed if not needed. We have a large and lovely yard with patio. You will have shared use of kitchen, Living room and Bathroom. Bathroom has washer and dryer which you will have full access to. You MUST be neat and tidy and clean up after yourself. NO PARTY ANIMALS. This is a non smoking household, not even outdoor smoking sorry. We have a small indoor CAT and NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED. This is a month to month lease. Students welcome.

You will be living with a very happy and fun loving couple. We are adult working professionals. We tend to be low Key. We are also an artist and musician.
$550 pays all. You will have free wireless internet in our home. We do not have cable or a land line phone.
