Looking for a 1 bedroom in a apartment or house for Spring 2013

Hi, I'm looking for a place to live for the Spring of 2013 that is in town with a parking space and if possible for a 6-8 month (Jan - August) lease since I'll be graduating this coming summer. If anyone has any detail on a place, you can e-mail me at N01814543@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu.

If you've not found a place yet, I have an apartment with rooms avialable.
Its a four bedroom with one female junior in it so far. 
She will likely wish to stay next year, and will bring some friends- so while the current leases only run to June, its likely the new crew wont need the place for the summer and will be happy to have you stay and pay for one of the rooms.
