My roommate just graduated and I have a bedroom available January 1st-June 30th. It is a big bedroom with a full closet in Windsor Court apartments. All the rentals are two bedrooms and have onsite laundry, a swimming pool, and the convenience of being a 5 minute walk from campus. My name is Brian, I'm currently a senior at New Paltz. I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. Internet is only 11 dollars a month split 4 ways with our neighbors (works great), and electricity is around 20 dollars a month each.
