21 year old grad student looking for an apartment for fall 2013

Hello! I am currently seeking a 1 bedroom apartment / studio or other housemates to live with for the fall 2013 semester. My budget is $600 - $700. I just need a quiet place to study, eat, and sleep while attending school. I know it is early, but I figured I would get this post out! I would love a pet friendly place for a possible cat, but if not, I'm not picky. Thanks!

Hey, you should check out the room I have available! No pets bigger than a guinea pig but it is a great place to live. I've never had an issue with noise and everyone in the house is really chill. Can't hurt to look dude!
