We're a 15 minute drive to SUNY campus. It's the top floor of our 1800's eyebrow colonial home and has beautiful original wide board floors. We are on a quiet dead end street surrounded by woods. The studio is fully furnished including a full sized captain's bed. You have your own private entrance and the kitchenette (no free standing stove) is fully stocked with everything you might need (electric counter top cookware, plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils etc.) Easy walking distance to the historic hamlet of High Falls where many quaint shops and restaurants await you...as well as the High Falls Food Co-op and our beautiful waterfalls. Our town has weekend open air flea markets, art galleries, funky shops, a self guided walking path along the historic D & H Canal, and we're smack in the middle of an outdoor enthusiast's dream with world class rock climbing, hiking, kayaking and biking all around us.
