Hey, my name's Emily and I am looking for someone to take my room for the Spring semester. I am transferring to another school.
There are two girls here already, they're clean, and cool people.
You'll have your own room, and cable connection in the room. The apartment has A/C and wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and bedrooms.
Rent is $425 w/o utilities. cable/internet is around $30/month per person. It's walking distance to campus, and Main St.
No pets please, and no smoking.
