2 roommates seeking another roommate

My roommates and i are seeking someone to take my place in our apartment. We live in the Wndsor Court apartments it is a 5 min walk to campus. The apartent has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room plus air conditoning and a pool. Rent is $345 a month plus the electic and cable bills which are pretty cheap.
