Room for rent $700 includes EVERYTHING

Looking for a female room mate to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment. I keep the place pretty clean, its in walking distance of the campus. Everything is new and fully furnished (with the exception of the bedroom). The rent includes heat, hot water, electric, cable, internet, and phone. There is a pool (but who cares, its winter) and there are laundry facilities on site. The apartment is located in the Windsor Court Apartment complex. Its a really nice non-sketch place. I've lived here for a year and have had no problems. There is also on site parking. I like to have people over and go out but am not a crazy party person, so if you're looking for something like that then this isnt the place.
