I am looking for someone to sublet my room as soon as possible - starting Dec 1st or Jan 1st through May 27th, 2012!

The house is located right on Main Street. Great location, walking distance to SUNY and the village.
The house has seven private bedrooms with two shared bathrooms, shared full kitchen, shared large living room, washer, dryer, and parking available on the premises.
There is no smoking and no pets allowed on the premises.

Rent is $600 a month and due on the 1st of every month. The other tenants are all male students.
We can discuss any possible utility expenses/security deposit if you're interested in the room!
