We are 5 students at SUNY New Paltz looking for a 6th housemate.

Rent is 620/month + 30/month in utilities.

The house is really nice. Huge kitchen, shared living room area, back porch / yard, two bathrooms, washer and dryer in the basement, parking available. We have two cats also.

We all get along and hang out with each other and we're looking for someone to join in our fun times.
