Room available from June 1st-August 15th. August is already paid for so rent would only be due for June and July. Rent comes to $460 w/ everything included. It's a 5br house with:

-large communinal living room

-driveway parking (plenty of room)
-5 minute drive to town/school
-local farm stand a few doors down!
