Summer sublet in New Paltz! Available starting the 17th of May or June 1st--or anywhere in between--to August 25.

Rent is $400 a month, oil included. Electric, water, and internet are extra, but not by very much.

It's one bedroom in a four bedroom unit above a store. The room has a large closet and bay window. I am leaving my furniture--a full size bed, dresser, bookshelf, two nightstands, and small couch.

Roommates are quiet and respectful, and the landlord is awesome. Apartment is really close to town and about a 12 minute walk to the University. Parking is free on Church St, which is the cross street, and it is NOT a street where you must move your car each day for alternating side parking.
