SUMMER SUBLET - 2 bedroom apt!!

My roomate and I are looking to sublet our apartment out from June 1st to July 31st. We are both graduating and moving right after. The apartment is clean and spacious. Both rooms are good sizes with large closets. Hardwood floors. Good storage space. The apartment also has a shared parking spot with easy parking for the other person on main street or a side road behind the building. Rent is $475 each. Utilities that are not included are internet/cable ($15 each), propane (every inexpensive or nothing at all during the summer months), and gas ($30 or less each).
