room for rent in a nice house 5 minute walk from campus, 10 minute walk from town
$575/month includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, wireless internet, etc.) except for cable tv
not a party house, will have to talk to landlord about possibility of pets
looking for someone to take over and sublet during summer months, nothing wrong
with this place, my plans are happening earlier than i hoped and i am just moving in with some
friends in a new apartment together in June

after the summer is over, you can continue to lease the room by further contacting the landlord, Anne
i do know however that the rent will be going up after August to $600/month
