The home is located on a quiet dead-end street, 2 blocks away from deli, grocery store, pizza shop and gas station, 24 hour diner. The New Paltz Loop is only one block away (It's the free bus to SUNY).  We are about 1 mile from school-close enough to walk or bike ride to school if u like getting a bit of exercise!

The room is a very large loft with window seats, built in bookshelves, closets, and skylights.

$350 upfront for all months stayed, plus security (also $350) a month plus utilities, the room will be shared and you must bring your own furniture.
