Looking for One Bedroom for Next Year

I am looking for a place to live next year, 1 bedroom, flexible with what is offered but idealy between 500-625 a month, clean housemates, and within 1 to 3 blocks to campus. Also would like to start lease in August, but earlier can be discussed as well.
